Get an AVI movie from a collection of JPG photos.

PhotoLapse is an interesting free program that's responsible for converting sequences of photographs in JPG format into an AVI movie, all done by using compression codecs, and using timelapse effects. PhotoLapse organizes images quickly and easily, in a matter of seconds.

Making the video also involves no difficulties as long as the photographs have been taken in a series, one after the other, in a matter of tenths of a second. PhotoLapse allows configuration options to define how many images are displayed per second, and which motion effects to choose. It's advisable to have all the pictures in one folder, listed in order, to know the order of show.

PhotoLapse is free, lightweight and doesn't require installation.
